Company Intersects 482 Feet Averaging 0.153 MoS2 At Storie Property

West Vancouver, British Columbia – Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received additional assay results for a further seven holes in its ongoing 2007 drill program on the Company’s “Storie” Molybdenum Property located in northern British Columbia. The Storie Property lies south of the former Cassiar Mine townsite. The property is accessible by paved highway to Cassiar and then 5 kilometres of all weather gravel road.

As part of its 2007 drilling program, the Company has thus far completed 76 drill holes (23,000 metres of core drilling). The Company reported assay results for its first group of 16 drill holes in its news release dated October 01, 2007 and will continue to report assay results as they are received. At this time the Company is pleased to report assay results for the third group of four drill holes as well as revised results on ST07-41, which results are summarized as follows:

All of the holes are fill in drill holes with the intent of upgrading the resource from inferred to indicated or measured.  The Company has only received results from the first half of hole ST07- 39 and so the table only reflects the shallow intersection. Follow up check assays of overlimit ICP analyses for  ST07-41 were received since the last release and have upgraded the results of the hole from 0.125 % MoS2 to 0.140 % MoS2.  The results for the two holes are as follows:

The Company has completed drilling on the Property and is presently demobilizing from the Cassiar Camp. The Company currently has also completed 20 km of Induced Polarization (“IP”) Survey on the Property.  The IP survey was successful in locating the position of the mineralizing structures such as the Crone Fault and the X-Fault.
